In this role, you will support HR functions, working closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth operations and effective employee support. Key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. You will also participate in policy development, ensure compliance with employment laws, and enhance company culture and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
